After his recent exit as a houseguest from the “Pinoy Big Brother” house, David Licauco disclosed he was earlier considered to be one of the housemates of the reality show.
The actor recounted his several brushes with the program through his Instagram page on Wednesday, May 14, revealing he also tried his luck during one of the auditions for the show.
“Wow. Crazy to think I once lined up for PBB auditions in 2015… and years later, I got to be a houseguest,” he said, showing a recent photo of him wearing his name tag, all smiles in front of the “PBB” house.
Opening up about his experience as a houseguest, Licauco continued, “It was different from what I imagined—there is really magic inside Big Brother’s house.”
“I may have been quiet, but I learned a lot about myself,” he said. “Truth is, no one really knows what it’s like inside unless you’ve lived it.”
Licauco then thanked those who supported him during his stint at the house, while also extending his apologies to those who supposedly found him “boring.”
He also addressed the housemates and expressed his gratitude for their “warm welcome and solid conversations.”
Licauco concluded his post by sharing a fun fact, “I was actually considered to be a housemate earlier this year.” He, however, did not expound on why it did not pursue.
